Welcome to OneLikeLabs. Please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") before downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application, software, or service published by OneLikeLabs ("we", "us", or "our") on the Google Play Store or other platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall our applications.

1. User License & Eligibility

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our application strictly on your personal Android mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding Agreement.

2. Acceptable Use & Strict Prohibitions

You agree to use our applications responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and third-party terms. You strictly agree that you shall NOT:

Ad Fraud & Manipulation: Use the applications to interact with, bypass, or generate fraudulent impressions or clicks on advertisements (including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, or any third-party ad networks). Ad fraud is strictly prohibited and illegal.
Game Cheating & Terms Violation: Use the applications to gain unfair advantages, cheat, exploit, or violate the Terms of Service, EULA, or Rules of Conduct of any third-party online games, applications, or platforms.
Unfair Competitions & Financial Manipulation: Use the applications to manipulate online contests, giveaways, voting systems, financial exchanges, or crypto platforms.
Reverse Engineering & Modification: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, or tamper with any part of our application binary or source code.
Malicious Distribution: Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or bundle our applications with unauthorized third-party software or malware.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Certain features of our Services may be made available on a paid subscription basis ("Subscriptions") or via one-time in-app purchases. All financial transactions, billing, payments, and subscription management are processed through the Google Play Billing API (or other applicable platform payment gateways). OneLikeLabs does not collect, access, store, or process any credit card details or financial credentials.

Auto-Renewal Terms: Paid Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current billing period expires.
Free Trials: If a free trial period is offered, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled prior to the trial expiration. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Managing & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play account settings: Google Play Store App → Tap Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future billing charges; however, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current active billing cycle.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance via Google Play in accordance with Google Play Developer Policy.
Lifetime Purchase ("Lifetime Access"): A "Lifetime" or "Lifetime Access" purchase is a one-time in-app purchase that grants access to Premium features for the operational lifetime of the specific application version and service as offered on Google Play. "Lifetime" refers to the duration the application and its backend services remain available and supported by OneLikeLabs, not the purchaser's lifetime. You acknowledge that:
- Lifetime Access is tied to the continued availability of the application on Google Play and the Google Play Billing API.
- If OneLikeLabs ceases to support or distribute the application, or if Google Play Billing API or related services are discontinued, modified, or restricted such that the application can no longer verify or deliver Lifetime Access, then Lifetime Access may be terminated without refund.
- Lifetime Access is non-transferable between accounts or platforms.
- No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a Lifetime Access purchase once the 48-hour Google Play refund window has elapsed.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription transactions are governed by official Google Play refund policies:

Within 48 Hours: You may request a refund directly through Google Play in accordance with Google Play Refund Policies.
After 48 Hours: Please contact us at onelike195@gmail.com to troubleshoot billing issues. Refunds after 48 hours are processed according to company policy and applicable laws. Except as required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once the 48-hour window has passed.

5. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, LAG-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL ANDROID DEVICES OR OS VERSIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using our applications, you agree to use them at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of OneLikeLabs shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to:

Account bans or penalties imposed by third-party game developers or platforms resulting from your use of our applications.
Loss of game progress, virtual items, or data.
Device issues (such as overheating or battery drain) if you use the applications intensively for extended periods.
Any other unintended consequences arising from the use of our applications.

By using our applications, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use them and any associated risks.

7. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Our applications are independent tools developed by OneLikeLabs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party apps, games, or platforms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold OneLikeLabs harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of our applications, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our applications after changes are made, you agree to the new Terms.
